The challenge

The old Ecwid and WordPress combination could not handle tracking and reporting well and did not scale. Standard integrations were missing, and data sat across separate systems. Every growth step became a fight with the tech instead of with the market.

What we built

We migrated the full webshop to one Shopify platform with a custom theme. The heavy lifting was under the hood: carefully moving all products, customers, orders and subscriptions, linked to Firmhouse for subscriptions, Klaviyo for marketing, Stripe and Mollie for payments, and a custom management system for customer service, ticket handling and invoicing. A two-to-three-month project, with everything moved 1-to-1.

We keep developing

Since go-live the platform never stands still. We make the shop more flexible, expand automation, connect more flows and keep adding custom work. The third layout is now live, and sales keep rising.
