The challenge
Existing ATS packages were too clunky, too expensive or too American: built for an average market, not for how a Dutch agency actually works. Candidates, emails and chats were scattered across separate tools, and every CV had to be typed into a profile by hand.
What an agency really wants is simple: everything in one place, fast contact with candidates, and not paying every month for features nobody uses. So we built it ourselves, with an agency that uses it every day.
What we built
An uploaded CV is automatically turned into a complete profile: name, contact details, skills, education and work experience, including a profile photo. The recruiter sees the proposal and decides whether it is correct. AI takes the typing off your plate, but never decides on its own. That is a deliberate, GDPR-friendly choice.
